Plans and billing
The three Caryon Lead plans (Essentiel, Équipe, Performance), their prices, the 14-day trial and how to change plan or cancel.
Caryon Lead comes in three plans, billed per seat (one person = one seat). Everything is managed in Caryon ID, on the « Facturation » (Billing) page of your workspace, which is for the owner and the administrators.

What each plan opens
- Essentiel: the Dashboard, « Vue d'ensemble » (Overview) tab only, a single pipeline, the Portfolio, the Agenda and the call queue.
- Équipe: everything in Essentiel, plus several seats, the « Prospection » and « Ventes » (Sales) tabs of the Dashboard, the Tour, the « À proximité » (Nearby) panel and the distance filter, several pipelines, the deal fields library, stage conditions, business card scan and the facts in the header of the companies.
- Performance: everything in Équipe, plus the Radar, the API and the AI agents (MCP), sub-spaces and priority support.
What you cannot use is locked, never deleted: see Locked features.
VAT
Prices are excluding VAT, to which 20 % VAT is added.
- A company sees prices excluding VAT.
- An individual sees prices including VAT.
- A company in the European Union that gives a valid VAT number is invoiced under reverse charge: no VAT on the invoice.
The 14-day trial
Your trial lasts 14 days, with no credit card, with access to Performance. The whole team of the workspace has access.
- If you do not subscribe, access to Caryon Lead is closed at the end of the trial. Your data is kept and nothing is billed without a subscription.
- If you subscribe during the trial, your card is saved right away, but the first charge only happens at the end of the trial: you keep your 14 days of Performance.
In Caryon Lead, a « Essai Performance · N jours » (Performance trial · N days) capsule at the foot of the menu counts the days left, and a banner shows over the last 3 days.
Changing plan
Everything is done by yourself in Caryon ID, except a downgrade.

- Removing seats: if all seats are assigned, the owner picks who loses one. Those people are told and keep their access until the end of the period.
- Downgrade: write to support (see Send feedback). It applies at the end of the period; until then, « Garder mon plan » (Keep my plan) cancels it.
- Cancellation: the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. There is no refund and no prorata. See the FAQ to resume a cancelled subscription.
- Mixed change (for example more seats and a lower plan): the increase applies at once, the decrease at the end of the period.
Invoices and billing details
In Caryon ID, « Facturation › Paiement et factures » (Billing › Payment and invoices): your invoices download as PDF, and you edit your card and your billing details (name, address, VAT number) there. There is nothing else to manage elsewhere.
