Locked features
What a lock means in Caryon Lead, what is locked below which plan, and how everything comes back when you take the plan again.
When a feature is not included in your workspace's plan, Caryon Lead locks it instead of hiding it. Your data is never deleted.
What you see
- A lock icon in the menu, or on a tab.
- In the middle of the screen, a calm card explains what the feature brings, over a blurred preview (the data is not readable).
- For the owner and the administrators, a « Passer à Équipe » or « Passer à Performance » (Move to Équipe / Performance) button opens the Billing page of Caryon ID.
- For a member, the button is « Demander à un administrateur » (Ask an administrator): the owner and the administrators are notified.
Everything you had is kept and comes back as soon as the plan is taken again. The plans are described in Plans and billing.

Frozen sub-spaces
Below Performance, sub-spaces stay readable but frozen read-only: you cannot create, attach or detach them, rename them or change their access. See Sub-spaces.
Suspended API keys
Below Performance, your API keys become « Suspendue » (Suspended) and the API answers 403. They work again when the plan is back. See API keys.
During the trial
During the trial everything is open (Performance access). An « Essai Performance · N jours » capsule at the foot of the menu counts the days; it turns red 3 days before the end, and a banner shows at the top of the screen over those last 3 days. Clicking the capsule shows what each plan keeps.
