Open the form
- in Caryon Lead, click your avatar at the top of the menu, then « Signaler un problème ou une idée » (Report a problem or an idea);
- in Caryon ID, open your account menu at the bottom left, or the « Mes retours » (My feedback) page;
- in the Caryon Lead extension, open your account menu: the form opens in Caryon ID.
Describe what happens
Pick the type — Bug, « Idée » (Idea) or Question —, give a title and tell us: what you were doing, what you expected, what happened.
Add screenshots
Up to 3 images (PNG, JPEG or WebP), made lighter automatically before they leave: « Ajouter une capture » (Add a screenshot), or paste one straight away with Ctrl+V (⌘V on a Mac).
Send
The page you were on, the version of the app and your browser are attached automatically: no need to mention them.
Follow the answer
Your feedback is in Caryon ID, « Mes retours » (My feedback) page, with its status: « Nouveau » (New), « En cours » (In progress), « Résolu » (Resolved) or « Pas retenu » (Declined).
When the team answers or changes the status, you are told in the notification bell and by email. Answer right under the message; answering resolved feedback opens it again.
