What's new

What changed in Caryon, release after release.

18 October 2026

  • Caryon Help: a step-by-step guide for every screen of Caryon Lead and its extension, frequently asked questions and these release notes, in French and English. Open it from « Aide » (Help), in the account menu of Caryon ID and Caryon Lead.
  • A meeting with several people: add other contacts of the company or colleagues to a meeting; each is invited in Google Calendar.
  • Your LinkedIn messages logged on their own: the extension logs in Caryon Lead the messages exchanged with your contacts, sent and received. « Annuler » (Undo) stays offered for 15 minutes.
  • Safer numbers: two shields beside each number mark it verified or wrong in one click; after a wrong number, « Ajouter le bon numéro » (Add the right number) replaces it.
  • A clearer pipeline: lighter cards and header, each column's total in its title.
  • The Agenda without prospecting: prospecting calls stay in their queue. Ticking a meeting, an email or a task closes it at once, with no outcome to pick.
  • Caryon Lead is faster: the « Aujourd'hui » (Today) tab of the Agenda, the dashboard, the pipeline and company records open much faster, even with thousands of companies and actions.
  • One window to close a call: whether you click the tick or the title of a call, the same window opens, with your notes and the next step to choose.

17 October 2026

  • Your deal fields: each workspace chooses the fields of its deals — rename, change type, add, delete.
  • The map centred on your region: the portfolio map opens on the region of your choice (« Réglages › Carte », Settings › Map).
  • Pick another number in the call queue: the label under the number (« Mobile ⌄ ») opens the person's other numbers and their site's switchboard, or the head office's.

16 October 2026

  • The call session becomes a stack of cards: « Lancer la session » (Start the session) opens a full screen where each call is sorted in one gesture into « RDV pris » (Meeting booked), « Reprogrammer » (Reschedule) or « Retirer de la liste » (Remove from the list). See Prospect with the call queue.
  • Follow-ups and messages: a follow-up is now a call, an email or a message (LinkedIn or SMS) labelled « Relance » (Follow-up).
  • A deal after a meeting: ticking a meeting as done offers to open a deal, or to attach it to an open one.
